Fuel Delivery Services

Will Call

  • Simply call us whenever you need or want a delivery and we will schedule you in. Payment is due upon delivery or prior to delivery.
  • For this option you must take a minimum of at least 150 gallons.
  • For those who have the tank capacity to order over 400 gallons or 650 gallons at a time, call for our volume discount price of the day.

 

Automatic Delivery

  • Being an automatic delivery customer allows you to have less worry and gives you comfort in knowing you will always have oil. There is no forgetting to call
  • We schedule you based on a modern and widely used system that calculates your usage with the outside temperature by using a number called degree days.
  • To become an automatic customer simply requires a Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card to be placed on file. We leave the ticket receipt for you and your credit card's monthly statement also serves as a receipt.

Budget Plan

  • Being a budget customer is convenient for those who want to pay on a monthly basis and also have the comfort that automatic delivery brings.
  • We delivery to you automatically using our degree day system (explained above) so there is no need to call us for deliveries. We leave the ticket receipt at your home so you know we came and you will receive monthly mailings.
  • To become a budget customer, we require a printed copy from your previous company showing the gallons used. This way our system can figure your usage. Our system would then calculate your usage and come up with an estimated cost per gallon based on the average predictions the market price is expected to be at.
  • Starting in September and ending in June your payment must be in our office on the 1st of each month. Every time we make a delivery you will be charged the market price per gallon of that day, no more, no less.
  • Any Outstanding balance is due by July 1st. If you happen to end up with a credit on you account it will simply be applied to the next delivery or the credit will be returned to you.
  • A contract signature and credit card on file is required incase of late payment.
