Loyalty
Points Program. |
Loyalty Points
Baldwin residential heating oil customers earn loyalty points
for every gallon delivered beginning November 1, 2009. 1 gallon
of heating oil purchased / paid = 1 Loyalty Point. Accumulate
1,000 points and you get $10 off your next purchase / delivery.
Do the math: 1,000 points = $10 that’s the same as 1 cent
per gallon savings

Terms & Conditions
Loyalty Points are posted automatically by our computer to the customers
account the next business day after purchase. No partial award or
pre-delivery credit will be permitted. Commercial and business accounts
are not eligible to participate in this program. Loyalty Points have
no cash value and can only be used in increments of 1,000 for a $10
savings on a future purchase of heating oil. Loyalty Points are not
transferable and cannot be combined between customers, However if
you wish to transfer your points to a non-profit or charitable organization
that is permitted. *See rules for Non-profit Charitable Organizations.
Baldwin Fuel has the right to modify and adjust the program rules
or cancel the program for any reason. |
Non-Profit or Charitable
Organizations
Our Loyalty Points program allows you to collect, save and distribute
points to others. Great for customers who would like to
give back to the community. No limit to the amount of points
that can be collected. Loyalty points have no cash value, but if
you do the math they will equate to 1 cent per gallon return for
our customers.
- Qualified local Baldwin Fuel Pre-Approved organizations can
collect points from our customers (your members). By filling out
the Transfer Authorization Form they
can transfer the points to the organization and use them to offset
the cost of heating oil needs of others.
- For non-profit / charitable organization accounts (your members)
we allow point transfers in increments or blocks of 500 points
at a time.
- Participating organizations must still comply with the 1,000
points = $10 discount savings requirement.
- Customer accounts must be active and in good standing at the
time of transfer.
- Any and all deliveries using the Loyalty Points collected must
be in Baldwin Fuel’s regular delivery areas.
- The non-profit / charitable
organization must be locally known. You must pre-register and
be approved by Baldwin Fuel. Baldwin Fuel retains the right to
disqualify an organization for any reason. The request must be
in writing on the organizations stationary, containing contact
information and signed by an authorized representative including
the title of the signer. A designated person(s) must be included
that will be the manager of the account. The designated manager
will have the authority to instruct Baldwin Fuel in awarding the
collection of Loyalty Points to the recipients.
- If the organization is approved,
Baldwin Fuel will need a Transfer Authorization Form filled out
by the customer(s). Customers can authorize blocks of 500 points
(Example: 500, 1000, 1,500…..) at a time or you can simply
request us to continually transfer points once they acquire 500
points, until further notice. Customers can easily keep track
of their points as each delivery ticket will have the current
point value on it.
- Bulk contract users, commercial
/ business accounts are excluded from the Loyalty Points program.
- Baldwin Fuel can modify, change,
limit or cancel all or part of this program at anytime for any
reason.
